Dara Campbell

Dara Campbell is an Intuitive Artist and Guide, the creator of Art Positive—a wellness and creative space rooted in art and holistic well-being. Through Art Positive, Dara combines her life experiences, creative background, and spiritual devotion to support others in living more consciously and creatively, in alignment with their inner truth.

A lifelong seeker on the spiritual path, Dara experienced a profound shift by changing her lifestyle and stepping away from wine, bars, and party culture. Through sobriety—anchored by her meaningful sobriety date of 10/10/2020, a number that aligns deeply with her affinity for patterns and symbolism—she discovered a new freedom rooted in presence, emotional honesty, and self-trust. This transformation allows her to serve as a clear, grounded channel in her energy work and creative offerings today.

Her current work is informed by deep spiritual study and embodied healing practices. Dara completed a course in Shamanism guided by Sandra Ingerman, is a Certified Ecstatic Dance and Somatic Movement Guide through the Heal Through Dance program, and attended a Holotropic Breathwork workshop with Dr. Judith Miller. She is also a Certified Reiki Healer and a Sound Healer trained with Urban Souls in the New York City area. She continues her devotional practice through meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, communing with nature, and time spent at her local ashram, Ananda – The Temple of Universal Spirit.

Earlier in her career, Dara built a strong foundation in the photo, art, and fashion industries. She worked in fashion shows, magazines, catalogs, ad agencies, benefits, fine art galleries, and commercials. Having been on all sides of the camera—as a model, makeup artist, studio manager, photographer, and artist—she gained a deep, practical understanding of the creative process.

Dara began her professional journey as a model with Elite Chicago, surrounded by some of the most talented stylists and photographers in the industry. She later transitioned into photography and fine art, developing work that reflected her lived experience and creative instincts. She has lived and worked in St. Louis, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, and is currently bi-coastal, spending time between LA and Hoboken.
